Cyberellum Technologies & Laboratory ("Cyberellum," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have when you use cyberellum.technology and related services, including the Investor Data Vault.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide. Name, email address, organization, and messages you submit through contact channels or when requesting investor access.
• Investor Data Vault usage. If you are granted vault access, we record your session activity, questions submitted to the AI concierge, and interaction preferences in order to provide continuity of service and maintain an accurate diligence record.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security, abuse prevention, and service operation.
• Preferences. A theme preference (dark/light) stored locally in your browser. It is not transmitted to us.

2. How we use information

• To operate, secure, and improve the website and vault services.
• To respond to inquiries and manage investor relationships.
• To personalize concierge communication within the vault.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and audit obligations, including securities-law record-keeping.

3. AI concierge processing

Questions submitted to the Investor Data Vault concierge are processed with third-party AI service providers (including OpenAI for language processing and ElevenLabs for voice synthesis) under their respective enterprise terms. Concierge responses are generated solely from Cyberellum's authorized data room materials. Conversation history is retained to provide session continuity and an auditable record.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, AI processing, analytics), when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction with notice to affected users.

5. Security

We apply Zero Trust access principles, encrypted transport (TLS), credential isolation via managed secret storage, and least-privilege controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. Vault interaction records may be retained longer where required for legal or regulatory purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
