These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cyberellum.technology and related services operated by Cyberellum Technologies & Laboratory ("Cyberellum"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, product names (including AXIOM, G-IDE, GRLS, Q-Chain, Plasma-Q), designs, software, and documentation are the property of Cyberellum or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law, including eleven pending USPTO provisional patent applications. No license is granted except as expressly stated.
3. Investor Data Vault
- Vault access is by invitation only and personal to you. Do not share credentials or invite codes.
- Vault materials are confidential and provided solely for evaluating a potential investment. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
- The AI concierge answers only from authorized data room materials. Its responses are provided for convenience and do not modify or supersede the underlying documents, which control in all cases.
4. No offer; no advice
